Paul  DiPasquale
Paul DiPasquale graduated from the University of Virginia with Distinction in Sociology and with an Art minor. He studied architecture at Boston Architecture Center and then earned his Master's Degree in sculpture at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1977. Among his most noted works are the 34 ft. bronze Neptune Monument in Virginia Beach, The 20 ft. bronze Virginia Beach Law Enforcement Memorial, The family authorized bronze bust of Dr. Martin Luther King in Hopewell VA, Governor Mills E. Godwin bronze portrait and the Oliver Hill bronze portrait at the Virginia Historical Society, and the family authorized and approved Arthur Ashe Monument on Richmond’s Monument Avenue for which he was chosen Richmonder of the Year in 1996 as the project originator and sculptor. Paul DiPasquale is a sculptor who invents and investigates private work and produces public sculpture about history and the people who made it.
