Please join artist/yogi Stephanie Joyce for a Yoga and Meditation for Creativity Workshop at

9:30am, November 7th at Gallery Flux, along with Gong Relaxations at 11:00 AM.

Yoga will be used as a way to open up to the creative process. We will deepen our awareness and reach new heights through meditation with Jocelyn Braxton Armstrong’s Wing Installation,Hope, and Lisa Neher's paintings. The experience will be integrated with a healing gong bath. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to the session.

The gong has been used since ancient times to disperse negativity and promote healing in the body. It is an ideal transformational tool for stress reduction, removal of blocks and to stimulate the glandular system. The gong resonates throughout every cell in the body and empowers health, learning and productivity. “The gong is an intervibratory system. It is the sound of creativity itself. One who plays the gong plays the universe.” Yogi Bhajan
